Monica is a fifteen year old girl with a passion for horses and big dreams! Lilly is a six year old, 1/2 blind, Paint mare. Lilly was very green when I first found her, and has provided many challenges. But with dedication and some Parelli savvy – we’ve really come far! This video was taken this summer. A bit about where I am riding- well, we’ve been riding bridless in the pasture since last Christmas. Then this spring we rode completely bridless in a group of about seven other students. And after practicing in this open area with a halter for a while, I decided that we would ride without a halter. (lots of proper preparation!) And while she’s not quite as sensitive as she is in the pasture, she still seizes to amaze me! Lilly was also featured in one of the Parelli Savvy Times Magazines for the Partner Profiles section.
