the windsurfing/sailing events of 2008 Olympic Games are going to be held in Qingdao, China from August 9-21, 2008
there will be 4 men’s events, 4 women’s events and 3 open events. a total of 400 athletes will participate in this event.
the exact distance of the race has not been determined since this will be run on a course. but the Qindao Marina competition venue has an area of 30 hectares
