So I quit eating all processes food (didn’t really go 100% vegan yet) and I constantly feel starving even though I know I’m getting enough calories. Also—I started riding my bike for 15 minutes every night until I can get up to more. I noticed the past 3 days I have felt nauseated afterwards. Is this normal? Will my body adjust? Any advice?

Eric Stanley, a supervisor at the Grand Canyon General Store and top-notch in wilderness and adventure sports, advised me — especially on how much water was needed for a trail like this. He loaned me some of his gear, saving me on costly rentals. He believed in me. Sadly, he died while hiking late night in the Canyon, eight months after I hiked Hermit’s Trail. I’ve seen a “driving iron” for sale and was wondering what it is exactly (I’m new to golf and have been playing about 6 months). Is it equivalent to a hybrid iron that replaces one of the 3 or 4 irons for example?

i goes to Cal Poly Pomona, sadly. . they do not have any water sport clubs or teams. i wanna join a rowing team, or any other kind of water sports. and i was wondering if you guys know any places that have these activity and is close to my school. or any aquatic center that have rowing or any other water sports club that i can join. thank you!!
